What makes my cakes special?

All my cakes are freshly made to order with only the best quality ingredients, to ensure your cake tastes as delicious as it looks. I only use the best quality ingredients I can buy which includes a deliciously creamy French butter, Organic Madagascan Vanilla Extract, the finest Belgian Callebaut Chocolate, Fairtrade Cocoa & Chocolate and also professional quality Swiss sugarpaste by Massa Ticino.

I source my eggs locally from a Wiltshire farm, they are deliciously creamy, golden yolks laid by Wiltshire free range hens.

Each cake contains four layers of delicate sponge combined with three lovely layers of filling. Each cake is at least 5 inches deep and coated in a layer of beautifully smooth white chocolate ganache and then a fine layer of luxury Swiss fondant icing with sharp edges. 

​During the summer season April through to September all my cakes are covered in gorgeously smooth white chocolate ganache which helps with the stability of the cake during the warmer months. White chocolate ganache is a favourite amongst my couples however if you prefer buttercream let me know and we can discuss your options.

All of my cakes are produced in an environment where gluten, milk, eggs and nuts are present.

The classic flavours are included in the prices below (each tier can, and indeed I advise, should be a different flavour to offer your guests the best possible eating experience), and premium flavours are charged at around £5 – £20 more per tier.

I offer taster samples as part of my wedding cake service, either at the design consultation or in boxes, which can be posted or collected.

Pricing Guide

​For wedding cakes I have a minimum order value of £450​
Cupcakes have a minimum order of 12 and prices start from £45.
For celebration cakes I have a minimum order value of £100.
